The British Prime Minister’s spokesperson, Boris Johnson, stated that the British government has begun holding talks with members of the British Parliament on the proposed internal market project to facilitate relations between the UK and Ireland following Brexit.

The internal market project proposed by the British government relies mainly on establishing a relationship that includes fisheries interests, such as those linking the European Union and Norway at the present time.

The British side remains optimistic about the Brexit agreement, after it gained the upper hand in the negotiations after the British Parliament approved the passage of the internal market project between Britain and Ireland. This is while tensions continue between the European Union and Britain over the Brexit agreement, and this morning the European Commission warned of the danger of unilaterally amending the Brexit agreement, saying that it is impossible to amend Britain's withdrawal from the European Union, Brexit, or ignore it by one of the parties.
