Natural gas futures fell during the US session

Natural gas futures fell during the US session on Wednesday.

According to the New York Mercantile Exchange, March natural gas futures were trading at USD2.94 per million British thermal units at time of writing, down 3.86%.

It was previously trading at a session low of USD2.92 per million British thermal units. Natural gas may find support at USD2.918 and resistance at USD3.300.

The dollar index futures, which measures the performance of the US currency against a basket of six other major currencies, fell by 0.23% to trade at USD101.44.

Meanwhile on NYMEX, Crude Oil for March rose 0.29% to trade at USD80.36 a barrel while Heating Oil for February fell 2.05% to trade at USD3.36 per gallon.
