White House economic advisor: There are no new stimulus plans this month
White House Economic Adviser Larry Kudlow said the White House will not consider any new stimulus legislation this month, as he looks at the economic impact of reopening the US economy, adding that formal talks with Congress have been suspended.
In a televised interview, Kudlow added that President Donald Trump's administration is developing contingency plans for a second wave of possible cases of emerging coronavirus, including other possible cuts to future activities.
